As we expand our impact and reach, we seek a Growth Analyst to support the growth, engagement, and operational excellence of our Campus Ambassadors community. This role is integral to scaling our efforts, optimizing processes, and ensuring that our ambassadors receive the best possible experience.

About Cowrywise Campus Ambassadors Program: The Cowrywise Campus Ambassadors program is a vibrant and fast-growing community of student leaders across over 460 tertiary institutions in Nigeria. With thousands of ambassadors (and growing), the program is at the forefront of driving financial literacy, career development, and professional networking among students and recent graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

The Growth Analyst will be responsible for supporting and improving the operations, engagement, and strategic initiatives of the Cowrywise Campus Ambassadors program. This includes managing ambassadors recruitment, overseeing skill-based teams, coordinating virtual and physical events, tracking program performance, identifying areas for improvement, and most importantly- being able to innovate, think outside the box, and introduce ambitious initiatives geared towards the goal of the community.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about building thriving communities. You should have experience in community management, program coordination, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.

An ideal candidate will bring

  • 2+ years of experience in community management, program coordination, or related roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in event planning, stakeholder engagement, and ambassador program management.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing program impact and reporting.
  • Passion for financial literacy, student empowerment, and career development.
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Email marketing software, Notion, Airtable, Slack, and other project management software is a plus.

The job holder will report to the Head of Growth.
